Explanation:
This build can be played as a hit and run or a brawl build, depending on match ups. When you face something that can out brawl you, such as a Battle Axe, you want to play it as a hit-and-run build. Start of by tagging them with Purity Cowl, keep your distance until Puirty Cowl is half way off CD, then hit them with E while dashing AWAY from them, and keep distance again until purity cowl is up, then you can just repeat this process until they are low enough for you to brawl against. Use Armor of Valor to trade damage when they hard engage with boots. Armor of Valor is also good for countering certain meta items such as Stalker Jacket. For a more detailed guide, watch the video on the right.
Strengths and weaknesses:
Hyper mobile. Very forgiving, easy to escape rats.
Low damage, takes a while to kill something, not the best at dismounting since you are in plate, you’d have to hit E, some autos/Q and helmet just to dismount a horse.
Variations:
Mercenary Hood is better for brawling, but takes away from the hit-and-run aspect.
Mistwalker Jacket can replace Valor. Mistwalker offers a strong defensive against many builds, such as curse and Chillhowl.
Assassin Jacket can be used as a cheaper Mistwalker, and also helps with dismounting.
Feyrobe can be used if you want to play it as a pure hit-and-run build.
Avalonian Cape is good for some damage, but will make you more vulnerable to rats.
Main Food:
Eel Stew
